Advanced Ministry Leadership Course
The Advanced Ministry Leadership Course is a one-year training program focused on developing strong church and ministry leaders. It covers advanced leadership principles, strategy, organizational structure, conflict resolution and pastoral counseling, alongside character and spiritual authority. Students also study church growth systems, team building, ethics, community outreach, and leadership mentorship. The course culminates in a practical leadership practicum and capstone project to apply ministry leadership in real-world settings.

SEMESTER 1:
Semester Aim
The course is designed to develop spiritually grounded, visionary, and effective leaders for ministry. The semester also strengthens leaders in conflict resolution, pastoral counselling, character formation, and the responsible exercise of spiritual authority, shaping mature leaders who can lead with wisdom, integrity, and Christ-centred influence.
